Sick animals can only be seen at our Hyde Park location.
You can call our main office number for an appointment at either of our two locations. Just be sure to let the receptionist know which office you would like to go to. We see pets by appointment only, so please call ahead!
If you have an emergency during normal business hours, please call ahead and let us know so we can be sure a Doctor will be available to see you. If you need to send records or forms to us by fax, that number is 716-285-6810. Requests for quotes regarding fees or specific medical questions should only be made by calling our office directly.
Medical questions and appointments CANNOT be answered by email.
Anticipated turn around time for our website inquiries is at least a week. NEVER use this method for any urgent health care matters
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide after-hours emergency service for your pets. We recommend contacting Blue Pearl Emergency on Genesee St in Buffalo at 716-839-4043 or Orchard Park Emergency at 716-662-6660, located at 3930 N Buffalo St in Orchard Park. Both are available to handle emergencies with a fully staffed clinic
